Spot (Pigmentation)

Spot (Pigmentation) — close study
What is Spot (Pigmentation)?

A targeted treatment for uneven pigment and dark spots.

Pigmentation spots form when melanin gathers unevenly in the skin, often prompted by sun exposure, hormonal changes or inflammation. Brightening mesotherapy delivers a tailored blend of pigment-correcting actives into the upper layers of the skin, where they interrupt melanin production and lift existing discolouration. The effect is gradual, even-toned and controlled.

Every treatment at DROM begins by reading your skin. We assess the type and depth of pigmentation, the likely cause and your wider skin health before choosing the formula and planning your course.

What We Use

A brightening blend, chosen at consultation.

Our brightening mesotherapy delivers a blend of brightening and antioxidant actives into the skin to target pigment and help protect against further darkening. The precise formula is chosen during consultation, based on your pigmentation type and how your skin responds.

Benefits

Why patients choose this

A measured route to a more even, brighter complexion.

Targets excess pigment

Actives are delivered straight to the layer where melanin gathers.

More even tone

Dark spots soften and the complexion looks clearer and brighter.

Minimal downtime

You can return to your day soon after. Mild redness settles within hours.

Quick treatment

The procedure takes around 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the area.

Antioxidant support

Vitamin C and glutathione also help defend the skin against further darkening.

Cumulative results

Each session builds on the last for steady, lasting improvement.

Combines naturally

It pairs well with daily sun protection and a tailored skincare routine.

Skin-led formula

The blend is matched to your pigmentation type, never a fixed protocol.

Process

How the treatment works

Six steps, from consultation to a visible, even result.

Consultation

We assess pigmentation type, likely cause and skin health in person.

Formula selection

The brightening blend is chosen to suit your skin.

Cleansing

The treatment area is cleansed and prepared with an antiseptic solution.

Application

Numbing cream is applied if needed for your comfort.

Microinjection

Fine micro-injections deliver the actives across the area.

Course and onset

A course of four to six sessions, two weeks apart, builds the result.

Expected Results

What the result looks like.

  • Early brightening is often visible after the first few sessions.
  • Dark spots gradually soften and the tone evens out.
  • Optimal results develop across a course of four to six sessions.
  • The skin looks clearer, fresher and more luminous.
  • Results last several months with sun protection and maintenance.
Aftercare & Recovery

The first 48 hours.

  • Apply gentle, hydrating products and avoid harsh exfoliation for several days.
  • Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun exposure.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and hot environments for 24 hours.
  • Avoid make-up over the treated area for the rest of the day.
  • Mild redness, slight swelling or tiny bumps may appear. They settle within 24 to 48 hours.
