Scalp microneedling uses very fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-channels across the treated area. The body responds with its natural repair process, increasing local blood flow and releasing growth factors around the follicle. The same channels also allow topical and injected treatments to reach the depth at which they work, which is why microneedling is often paired with them.
At DROM, needle depth is set to the scalp rather than to a standard protocol. We assess hair density, shedding pattern and scalp condition first, then map the areas and depth for each session and review your response across the course.
